Doorly's 5-year-old Barbados rum is an historic export rum brand that today is made at Richard Seale's Foursquare distillery from a mix of pot and column still rums aged in ex-bourbon casks.

Foursquare are well-known for their hatred for added sugar or sweeteners in their rums, and Doorly's is very much a whisky-drinker's rum, with an easy-drinking sweetness and nice balancing spices.
