Blended Scotch Whisky 70 Proof

A wonderful old bottle of Dewar's Ancestor blended Scotch whisky bottled with a springcap closure at some point most likely in the 1950s.

Dewar's was one of the UK's biggest-selling and most important blends at the time this whisky was bottled, and the Dewar's Ancestor edition was a prestige bottling, with older whiskies used, a high malt content even for the day and of course the extended marrying periods for which Dewar's were famous. This will be a superb after-dinner sipper.
