A single cask Deanston 2009 12-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled in 2022 without colouring or chill filtration by Douglas Laing for their flagship Old Particular series.
This 12-year-old Deanston 2009 came from single cask 16329, a refill hogshead cask that yielded 265 bottles at the standard Old Particular bottling strength of 48.4% - a great drinking strength for a Highland malt at this sort of age. Deanston is an underrated distillery and many of the official bottlings are finished, so it’s great to see a no-nonsense ‘naked’ refill cask like this.
Please Note: This bottle is a part of a large batch of bin-ends we recently picked up at a great price, enabling us to pass on savings to our customers. However, only one or two bottles of each product were included in the parcel - so when they’re gone they’re gone! Please note that due to the size and nature of this batch of stock, some labels and boxes may show signs of wear.
