Release number 27 is the Highlands meets USA with a quality Rye cask finish. This whisky was distilled in 2009 and finished in a single rye barrel #6349 before being bottled at 10 years of age with a natural cask strength of 58.4% with a yield of 243 bottles.
Expect some amazing herbaceous, grassy and spicy flavours thanks to the rye cask.

Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Layers of banana, toffee and cinnamon - very big crème brûlée notes.
Taste: A very spicy dram, with big peppery overtones - quite zingy! Accompanied by some lovely sweet flavours - custard creams, Butterkist toffee popcorn, vanilla and a touch of coconut.
Finish: Spicy and mouth-warming.
