This 9-year-old Deanston 2009 was bottled by Douglas Laing without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 13205, a refill barrel that yielded 239 bottles at a hearty drinking strength of 48.4%, which is one of Douglas Laing’s preferred bottling strengths and is a close equivalent of 85 Proof in the old UK imperial measurements.
