A single cask Dalwhinnie 2008 14-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled by North Star Spirits in late 2022 without colouring or chill filtration. Independent bottlings of Dalwhinnie are rarer than trustworthy politicians, so this is another big coup for North Star.

This Dalwhinnie 2008 14-year-old came from a refill hogshead that was re-racked for finishing in an Oloroso sherry hogshead and turned out 252 bottles at an approachable but still hearty 48.9%, and the Oloroso has added plenty of colour - this should be delicious stuff.
