A single cask Dalmore 2003 21-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled in 2024 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their fantastic Symington’s Choice range.

This 21-year-old Dalmore 2003 came from single cask 14743, a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead that yielded 275 bottles at a natural cask strength of 53.6%. This was one of a pair of sister sherry hogshead Dalmore casks released by Signatory at the end of 2024 and they both look super promising.
