A single cask Dalmore 2003 21-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled in 2024 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their flagship Symington’s Choice series.

This 21-year-old Dalmore 2003 came from single cask 14736, a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead that yielded 199 bottles at a natural cask strength of 52.9%. Dalmore is very rare to see as an indie bottling, so it’s great to find a well matured heavily-sherried indie cask at full strength and without any colouring. This will be a belter.
