This Cask Noir 12-year-old Dailuaine 2011 was finished in Cask 302623, a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead that yielded 343 bottles at its natural cask strength of 56.4%. Dailuaine, like its sister distilleries Benrinnes and Blair Athol, has a natural affinity with sherry casks, so this should be splendid stuff.
