This 25-year-old Dailuaine is a micro-batch of two sister hogshead casks that yielded a total of 397 bottles at a very approachable natural cask strength of 48.2%.

Dailuaine is a distillery whose importance to owners Diageo makes official bottlings few and far between, but its spirit ages beautifully and this should be fantastic stuff.
