The last wine cask finished Cooper's Choice bottling Craigellachie (Winter Fruits) flew out the door, so here they are again with a twist on the theme.

While Winter Fruit was finished in a port cask, this Craigellachie Fruit Basket did its secondary maturation in a cask that previously held Banyuls, the delicious Grenache-based sweet dessert wine from the south of France, before bottling at a hearty 53.5%.
