A single cask Craigellachie 2009 16-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection series.

This 16-year-old Craigellachie 2009 came from single cask 207, finishing up in a first fill Madeira hogshead that turned out 310 bottles at a robust natural cask strength of 55.7%. Craigellachie makes one of the best new make spirits in the business, and its sturdy, fruity whisky should dovetail very well with the sweet white fruits from the Madeira.
