An old Gordon & MacPhail bottling of 1981 Convalmore, released in 1998 as part of the Connoisseurs Choice series.

Convalmore closed in 1985, so teenage versions of the distillery's whisky are pretty thin on the ground nowadays and while independent casks weren't too hard to come by back in the '90s and early '00s there seem to be very few around these days sadly, so it's great to see this G&M Convalmore 1981 once again.
