Chaos is North Star Spirits' series of top class Islay single malts at great prices. After the runaway success of the previous batches, we expect demand for Chaos Batch 3 to be, well, chaotic.

North Star Spirits Chaos is a mystery Islay single malt - the last two batches were Caol Ila, apparently - concocted in small batches of differing cask types. Batch 3 is the most esoteric cask recipe so far, featuring a bourbon hogshead, four ruby port octaves and a sherry butt, with 1400 bottles being released at 50%.
