Thick, oily and concentrated on the nose with notes of peat oils, germoline, fresh tar, figs, prunes, chlorine, root beer and mouthwash. A big style Caol Ila with added sweet complexity, earthy and leafy on the palate with some fullsome bonfire smoke and kipper notes. All round delicious Islay malt.
