This fantastic Rare Malts Caol Ila was a batch of 1975 casks that somehow preserved a heroically strong 61.3% natural cask strength at 21 years old. A nervous dram at first with in-your-face citrus, hay, mineral and sooty notes in an austere style that is balanced by a fabulously intense, rich mouthfeel.
