From Bunna's 2020 Limited Edition Releases, this is a full term matured Manzanilla sherry cask of Bunnahabhain's 2008 vintage, bottled as an 11-year-old in 2020 at 52.3%.

Manzanilla is a complex dry sherry, without the richness of Oloroso or the sweetness of Pedro Ximenez, but it does have a wonderful bready, almondy nuttiness that should complement Bunna's fresh, grassy profile very well. This 11-year-old Bunnahabhain 2008 will be an absolute treat.

Nose: Salted caramel, creamy berries, rich oak, honeyed cashew nuts, dried fruit, and subtle spice.

Palate: Dried fruit and fig, sweet malt, candied fruit, rich oak, and toffee.

Finish: Dried fruit with sweet caramel.
