A single cask Bruichladdich 2011 12-year-old released late in 2023 as part of the distillery's Micro-Provenance series, subtitled Cask Evolution Exploration.

This 12-year-old Bruichladdich 2011 came from Cask 0300, a second fill red wine cask that was previously home to the full-bodied Italian red wine Amarone, and has picked up a remarkable dark red cherry hue along the way.

This Micro-Provenance Bruichladdich 2011 has been bottled without colouring or chill filtration at its exceptionally hefty natural cask strength of 61.7%, with the cask yielding just 288 bottles in total.
