Bruichladdich's Micro-Provenance series is designed 'to examine the evolutionary influences' of whisky, it says here.  It's a range of single cask bottlings - this particular one was originally exclusively for distillery fan club The Laddie Crew.

This Bruichladdich 2010 was matured 9 years in a Tempranillo wine cask from Ribera Del Duero in Spain before bottling in 2020 for the Micro-Provenance range at a rather pointy 63.5% - water advisable.
