A 1991 Bruichladdich 25-year-old bottled at cask strength in 2017 without colouring or chill filtration by Cadenhead's for their Wine Cask series.

This 25-year-old Bruichladdich 1991 started life in ex-bourbon hogsheads before being finished in a Burgundy wine cask which eventually yielded 192 bottles at its natural cask strength of 48.2%. The 1991 Bruichladdichs we've tried have all been superb whiskies, even though the distillery was in something of a crisis at the time - this should be a winner for anyone who likes wine finishes.
