The second edition of Bruichladdich's legendary Black Art bottlings, Bruichladdich 1989 Black Art 02.2 was a 21-year-old initially released in 2010.

In keeping with the Black Art concept, to this day the exact cask recipe has remained a secret known only to Jim McEwan, although we know that this Black Art 1989 02.2 21-year-old included both American and European oak casks and was released in a small batch of just 6000 bottles at its cask strength of 49.7%.
