Produced in small batches, the Chateau Cissac Finish is part of Benromach's wood finish series and uses high quality, hand-picked wine casks from the Haut-Medoc wine region in France.

This whisky was distilled in 2010 and aged in First-fill Bourbon barrels this whisky was then finished for almost 2 years in wine barrels from Chateau Cissac in Bordeaux.

Bottled in 2018 at 45% this gives a palate of rich fruits, zingy limeade and hints of wine tannins. Peppery vanilla notes and a light whisp of Benromach bonfire finishes it off. Delicious!
