This Symington’s Choice 26-year-old Benrinnes 1997 came from single cask 9740, a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead that yielded 230 bottles at a hefty 55.3% natural cask strength. Benrinnes is a big, gutsy spirit designed for sherry cask maturation. This will be an absolute bruiser, in the best possible way.
