Ben Nevis 2011-2022 | 10 Year Old Infrequent Flyers Cask 2345
Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: The Alistair Walker Whisky Company 70cl / 57.9%
Ben Nevis distillery is all the rage these days, so expect a stampede for this 2011 Ben Nevis 10-year-old finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask before bottling by Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for their infrequent Flyers whisky series.
There's a very pleasant medium-chestnut colour to this whisky that suggests that the finishing period was long enough for the sherry to make its mark without totally dominating Ben Nevis's delicious Highland spirit character. This PX sherry-finished 10-year-old Ben Nevis 2011 is one of 207 bottles yielded from Cask 2345 at a strength of 57.9%, and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
Please note that this Ben Nevis 2011 is Strictly Maximum 1 Bottle Per Customer. Duplicate orders will be deleted.

Colour: Russet.
Nose: Danish cornucopia cake, aka The Horn of Plenty! Cherry Bakewell and coconut ice cream.
Palate: The near 3 years finish in a PX hoggie is quite apparent here - seriously intense Demerara sugar, Cinnabons and allspice, with underlying almond and well-established dark chocolate bounty bar. Bountiful!
