Balvenie 14-year-old THe Week of Peat is a heavily peated Speyside single malt whisky with all the classic Balvenie sweet and citrus notes alongside peat smoke. 

This second release as part of Balvenie's Stories Range tells the tale of retired distillery manager Ian Millar's eagerness to experiment. The story behind this bottling goes that Ian Millar spotted a one-week gap in production at Balvenie and persuaded the powers that be to produce a peated whisky for this week of the year. Hence the name, The Week of Peat, which has gone on to become one of Balvenie's most successful limited editions.
