The splendid Balvenie 12-year-old Single Barrel returns in the form of Cask 2825, a first fill ex-bourbon American oak cask bottled by Balvenie at their preferred strength of 47.8%.

As the name implies, these bottlings are only ever from single casks, so there's only a few hundred bottles of this. Fans of easy-drinking bourbon cask matured Speyside single malts with a bit more oomph than most official distillery bottlings should always have a bottle of this to hand.
