A small batch Aultmore 2009 16-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released in 2025 by indie bottlers Signatory Vintage as #14 of the Exceptional Cask sub-range within their 100-Proof Editions series.

This small batch 100-Proof Exceptional Cask 16-year-old Aultmore 2009 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration from a small batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts, and is bottled at the traditional strength of 57.1%, equivalent to 100 Proof in the old UK imperial system. Aultmore is designed for sherry maturation, and this one really looks the business.
