A small batch Auchroisk 2012 12-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage for their splendid 100-Proof Editions series. As with all Signatory's whiskies, this Auchroisk was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.

This 12-year-old Auchroisk 2012 came from a small batch of refill hogsheads and first fill hogsheads that had previously held the amazing Italian red wine Amarone, and was bottled at 100 UK Imperial proof, aka 57.1%.
