This 16-year-old Auchroisk 2008 came from single cask 6, after finishing in a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead and is one of 340 bottles at its very hefty natural cask strength of 57.8%. This was one of a pair of Symington’s Choice PX-finished Auchroisks released in spring 2025 and they both look like absolute bangers.
