This 16-year-old Auchroisk 2008 came from single cask 4, after finishing in a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead and is one of 339 bottles at its very hefty natural cask strength of 57.9%. Auchroisk is very consistent and basically designed for sherry cask maturation, sao this should be a belter.
