This Cadenhead's Club 27-year-old Auchroisk 1989 came from a sherry cask that yielded 360 bottles at a poky 57.3% natural cask strength. Auchroisk's textbook Speyside spirit loves sherry casks so this will be a lovely dram that should bloom beautifully with a drop or two of water.
