The cask recipe for this Ardnamurchan release is a mix of unpeated and peated Ardnamurchan, with the cask recipe comprising 10 Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts of peated whisky vatted together with 15 American and Spanish oak hogshead casks of unpeated spirit.

Nose: Murray mint, bonfire on the beach, salted peanut ice-cream, tomato stalks, Brazil nut and sundried tomatoes.
Palate: Tarry rope, bung cloth, smoky bacon, old tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs.
Finish: Crashing waves, sea-salt, bothy fireplace and cigar shop.
