A bottle from the second ever batch of Ardnamurchan Cask Strength, AD/09.22 followed the original formula, being comprised of a total of 50 casks, 40 of which were peated Ardnamurchan whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks, with the remainder being unpeated spirit matured in a mix of sherry and bourbon casks.

Ardnamurchan AD/09.22 Cask Strength is a coastal, peaty dram with sweet and salty notes amid powerful woodsmoke phenolicity. This cask strength Ardnamurchan whisky is great stuff, a full-throttle introduction to Adelphi's distillery if you haven't yet tried it.
