An 11-year-old 'unknown' Orkney single malt from the 2012 vintage, bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by Elixir Distillers for Parcel No.11 of their Reserve Casks range.

These unnamed Highland Parks have been around for a while now and their quality and bang-for-your-buck ratio has always been extremely high. This 11-year-old is a batch of three Oloroso sherry butts of the 2012 vintage selected by Oliver Chilton and has been bottled at the Reserve Casks preferred strength of 48%.
