A single cask Allt-A-Bhainne 2000 20-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled by Pitlochry-based indie bottlers Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection. This 2000 vintage Allt-A-Bhainne was released at cask strength without colouring or chill filtration in 2021.

An epic sherry-finished 20-year-old Allt-A-Bhainne 2000 that began life in hogshead casks before being transferred into what it's safe to assume was an absolute doozy of a fresh sherry butt for the last eight months of maturation. Cask #3 yielded 703 bottles at a natural cask strength of 52.4%, and while it's fair to say that Allt-A-Bhainne isn't always the first single malt on people's watchlists, it's also true that cask strength whiskies this colour have a broad appeal, so if you're a fan of the ultra-sherried profile it'd be wise to click fast.
