A single cask Aberfeldy 2011 14-year-old Highland single malt whisky released in 2025 by indie bottlers Gordon & MacPhail as part of their revamped James Gordon Spirit of Scotland range.

This Spirit of Scotland 14-year-old Aberfeldy 2011 was bottled by G&M without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 5609, a first fill sherry butt cask that yielded a generous total of 604 bottles at a mighty natural cask strength of 61.1%. This looks to have been a particularly active fresh sherry cask, and Aberfeldy is a great distillery, so this should be a terrific whisky.
